FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERSFlights are not included in the price of our retreats
We want you to get the best possible deal on your flights, so for this reason we leave it in your capable hands. We recommend checking Skyscanner.net for the best prices but other sites are available. Please DO NOT book flights until you’ve completed booking form and we have 100% confirmed there is space available on your chosen retreat. Once flights are booked could you please advise us of your flight details as soon as you have booked them so we can make the necessary arrangements to meet you on arrival.
Although we do everything possible to ensure you have an amazing and problem free trip, unfortunately there are no guarantees in life. So, we have a strict policy (for your own protection) that all guest MUST provide their own travel insurance. We would also advise to check insurance and ensure you are covered for sporting/exercise activities.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any particular dietary requirements or allergies please make us aware when booking. We also require all attendees to complete a retreat form which allows you to alert us to any medical conditions, allergies etc.
This allows us plenty of time to have your meals adjusted.
CLOTHINGWhat To Pack
Most of our retreats are in warmer climates, and will require you to pack gym/training clothing, trainers etc.
We provide a full kit list 8 weeks prior to departure.
BEFORE YOU FLY
Check- in time for all flights is two hours prior to departure. You are responsible for checking that the departure time for your flight is consistent with that on your ticket. We cannot take responsibility for any missed flights.
Remember no sharp items in your hand baggage! Cameras are okay to have in your hand baggage, but be sure that it is easy to access in case you need to show it at security control.
There is still a limit as to the amounts of liquid that you can take with you onboard an aircraft. You can have a maximum of 100ml of fluids (hair gels, drinks, hand creams, etc) per bottle. Package all fluids in a see-through plastic bag in order to show security.
Prior to departure, we recommend you leave all details of your flights, accommodation, insurance, passport and group leader’s name and telephone number, with a family member or friend that won’t be travelling with you.
Make sure that your passport is up to date. You should have a minimum of six months after the date of your arrival home and you should have two empty pages for any visas required. Note: Some countries require a passport to be valid for longer than six months. Please check with the country’s embassy.
Besides the basic protection that the majority of us already have (tetanus, polio and diphtheria), you may need extra vaccinations depending on where you will be traveling to. Vaccinations should be started at least six weeks prior to your departure date, as several require more than one dose. Contact your local medical clinic for more information.
