Another exciting announcement for CF360. We are continuously working to bring you the very best retreats in the very best of locations. With this in mind, CF360 have teamed-up with health and fitness coach James Middleton – James will be joining us for our April 2019 Granada Retreat and will be the special guest coach for our August Bali Retreat.

For April’s Granada Retreat, James will be attending as a guest, training, eating and enjoying the experience with you. For August’s Bali Retreat James will be planning and running training sessions and also sharing his vast knowledge as a successful trainer, mindfulness coach and all-round great guy.

About James Middleton

James is a London-based fitness, health and mindfulness coach. He is well known on social media (in particular Instagram) for his optimistic approach to life, large smile and passion for exercise.

Having come from a background of high-level competitive rugby, representing England at school boy level and playing for London Irish, James learnt early on in life the importance of discipline and short-term sacrifice in order to reap long term rewards. He is all about exercising and eating well as part of living a sustainable healthy lifestyle. No quick diets, no fat loss pills, but simply building the foundations that you can continue to use to live healthily and actively for the rest of your life.

Wanting to achieve a healthy approach to life, James’ interest in food and nutrition has also grown alongside his love for exercise. He loves to cook, loves trying new foods, recipes and healthy supplements and incorporates this all into his daily life.

James has his own online training programme called the ‘JM Movement’ in which hundreds of people are subscribed to. The programme is all about feeling good, not just looking good. He instills simple but effective workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime, easy and delicious recipes to follow for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as weekly videos on mindfulness to help keep you motivated when the going gets tough.

Survival of the Fittest

Having appeared on the ITV2 show ‘Survival of the Fittest’, a TV show based on boys vs girls in a long series of mental and physical challenges, James knows what it takes to get through any challenge having reached the final of the show. However, he has also learnt the importance of team work and helping others along the way in order to be the best you can be.

 

With a degree in Philosophy from Durham University, the mindfulness aspect of health and fitness is just as, if not more, important to him than the physical attributes that come with it. He has a deep interest in the mental side of living well, ensuring that positivity remains in everything he does. His philosophy empowers you to embrace a healthy way of living through the life you lead and food you eat.

His goal now is to help people become their happiest and healthiest selves by sharing daily tips and motivation on how he is able to maintain his active lifestyle alongside feeling good and making the most of what life has to offer. His content is relatable and inspirational, with his positive energy reflected in all that he does.

In his spare time, you’ll either catch James on the ski slopes where he has qualified as a professional ski instructor, reading a good philosophy book or watching/playing Rugby, a game very close to his heart.
