Everything except your flights! We will take care of EVERYTHING. We provide unique accommodation, 3 healthy meals a day, transport, massages, yoga, training, literally everything on our retreats is included in the cost.

Just turn up at the location, and we do the rest!

All meeting times and transport information will be given in your confirmation pack upon booking.

You will receive a full kit list 8 weeks prior to departure.

We will supply all exercise equipment that you will be using while on our retreats.

Towels at accommodation are provided, but we do recommend taking your own beach towel.

Yes. We will have a fully qualified nutritionist on our retreats who will present a nutrition seminar to all guests and will be on hand to answer any questions throughout your whole stay.

Yes, 100%. Our retreats are designed to allow people of all fitness levels to attend. No matter where you currently are, we will help you improve and feel better about yourself before you leave the retreat.

Nope. Although we do encourage you to make the most of your time with us, all of our activities are completely optional. You do as much or as little as you want!

We ask that you make us clearly aware when making a booking and in some circumstances, we may request you to provide a letter from your doctor to say they are happy for you to attend.

We require all attendees to complete a retreat form which allows you to alert us to any medical conditions, allergies etc.

We can adapt the menu/program to adhere to all individual requirements.

We ask for a £200 deposit upon booking to secure your place, and the remaining balance is to be paid in 2 payments. £500 of remaining balance 8 weeks before departure and the full remaining balance 1 week before departure. Credit / debit cards and BACS payments are accepted.
